This place suits me perfectly! I love the free wifi, seasonal pool, and 24-hour reception. The staff even helped me find a phone charger during my first stay, which made a great impression.

The check-in process was a complete nightmare!!! First off, the $100 deposit came as a surprise. The microwave needed a serious cleaning, and the carpets should be ripped out or at least scrubbed!!! Who cares about breakfast when the bathrooms have lights that don't even work? !!!

The staff was friendly and accommodating, but

the cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. Our room had stains on the carpet and the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned. While the location was convenient for sightseeing, I can't overlook the need for better maintenance.

We had a wonderful time enjoying the outdoor pool and the BBQ facilities during our stay. The hotel made for a relaxing getaway with those awesome amenities, although the Wi-Fi was a little spotty at times. I definitely recommend checking it out for a fun family trip! 😊

I gotta say the front desk staff really made a difference. They were friendly and patient when we checked in and dealt with my demands just right.

The Double Suite with Two Double Beds was spacious and well-equipped for our family. The cleanliness of the room stood out, providing a pleasant atmosphere throughout our 15-night stay. Additionally, the excellent location made it easy to access nearby attractions. We found it convenient to visit local parks, enhancing our family experience.

However, we noticed that some areas of the hotel could benefit from modernization.

An unwelcoming atmosphere permeates this place, starting with the dull entrance doors. The pool is situated in a parking lot, offering no shade or privacy, overlooked by a neighboring building. Inside, the suite was unsatisfactory. the floors were dirty with dead bugs at the entrance, and the mismatched linens appeared stained. Overall, cleanliness and comfort were severely lacking, rendering this hotel unworthy of recommendation.

Had a great time with my friends! The location was perfect for visiting Fiesta Park and nearby theme parks. The accommodations were decent. Just a heads up, the place could use some updates and better cleaning practices, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Unfortunately, our first room had a strong odor from past smoking, which ruined our experience. The key cards were tricky too, had to get them replaced frequently!

The room was pretty spacious with a nice seating area. You get a flat-screen TV, microwave, and a fridge too. The bathroom had free toiletries and it was cool that there was an outdoor swimming pool to chill by. Air conditioning worked fine and the shower was decent. Very basic stay but served its purpose.

I enjoyed my stay at Homegate Studio and Suites. The friendly staff made check-in seamless, and the convenient location made it easy to explore San Antonio. Though the room had some wear, I appreciated the cozy atmosphere and access to Wi-Fi. Perfect for my road trip!
